Fairness Project worked with the Better Jobs Alaska campaign to successfully pass a ballot measure raising the minimum wage and ensuring paid sick time for working Alaskans, winning with a 16% margin.

Arizona Reproductive Rights

Fairness Project worked with the Arizona for Abortion Access campaign to successfully pass a ballot measure protecting reproductive rights in Arizona, including abortion, winning with a 23% margin.

Fairness Project worked with the Floridians Protecting Freedom campaign on a ballot measure aimed at protecting reproductive rights in Florida, including abortion. The measure did not pass, falling short of the required 60% threshold for approval.

Montana Reproductive Rights

Fairness Project worked with the Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights campaign to pass a ballot measure protecting reproductive rights in Montana, including abortion, winning with a 16% margin.

Ohio Ballot Measure Protection

Fairness Project worked with stakeholders in Ohio to execute an opposition campaign in the wake of the passage of Ohio SJR2, which puts a 60% supermajority threshold for future ballot measures before voters in an August 8, 2023 special election.
