Nicole Moss

Nicole brings more than seven years of operations experience to the Fairness Project, specializing in building empowered and engaged teams, creating a positive culture, and streamlining operational processes. Previously supporting teams at non-profits, for-profit progressive firms, and at the State Department, Nicole works to remove the barriers that impede impact and build operational infrastructure to ensure organizations have a solid foundation to thrive and reach their highest potential. Nicole is a graduate of James Madison University, where she studied political science and Spanish.
