Nicole Moss

Nicole brings more than seven years of operations experience to the Fairness Project, specializing in building empowered and engaged teams, creating a positive culture, and streamlining operational processes. Previously supporting teams at non-profits, for-profit progressive firms, and at the State Department, Nicole works to remove the barriers that impede impact and build operational infrastructure to ensure organizations have a solid foundation to thrive and reach their highest potential. Nicole is a graduate of James Madison University, where she studied political science and Spanish. She currently lives in Richmond, VA, and enjoys visits to Shenandoah National Park, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and playing in competitive adult soccer leagues.
