Based in Washington, DC, Isabella joined the Fairness Project in March 2024 with an eagerness to support and expand the Operations Team. She carries a passion for fostering enjoyable and cohesive work spaces, as well as creating systems and processes that reduce burdens wherever possible. She graduated from American University in 2020 with a degree in Political Science and CLEG (Communications, Legal Studies, Economics, and Government) and has since spent her career at nonprofits working on both operational management as well as legislative issues. She is originally from Denver, Colorado, and enjoys spending time with horses, organizing in her DC community, and baking in her free time.
