Today, Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights officially launched their signature collection drive to put abortion on the ballot this November.

Nearly a dozen states are poised to put abortion on the ballot in 2024, with recent court decisions raising the stakes for abortion access across the country.

Today, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled to uphold an abortion ban from 1864, outlawing virtually all abortions in the state and allowing medical professionals who perform abortions to be prosecuted and imprisoned.
